Here's How To Make Reservations

3 Night minimum on all holiday weekend vacation rental reservations. Children under 12 years stay free with paying parent. $250 deposit is due at time of booking your Hatfield McCoy trails stay at Mountain Brook. Balance due 14 days in advance of your arrival date or time frame is cancelled. We accept all major credit cards. Checks & Money orders welcome, Some restrictions apply. $250 Security deposit is required, Security Deposit will be refunded within 3 days of the departure date provided there is no damage, theft, or excessive cleaning required upon inspection of the property. When cancelling you must call 31 days in advance of arrival date to qualify for a full refund minus a $25.00 booking fee, less than 31 days up to 14 days to qualify for a credit voucher good for one year or up to two time frame changes from date of cancellation. A $25.00 re-book fee required when you reschedule. No refund given on rescheduled time frames of less value than original purchase, late arrivals or no-shows. Credit voucher is non-refundable or transferable. No refund will be given when occupancy is less than cabin was booked for originally. Check in 4pm check out 11am. Late departures will be charged for an additional night. No smoking in rental unit. No fireworks. No Pets. No smoking facility. No daily maid service. There is no refund for failure to show, early departure or bad weather during your visit to the Hatfield and McCoy trails and Mountain Brook.
